The VMaaS, primarily for acting as your IT Procurement Manager, has the following scope of service and pricing:
IT Vendor Review (deliverable)
IT Vendor Evaluation and Selection (versus business need)
IT Vendor Continuing Management
IT Vendor Performance Review (half-yearly)
IT Vendor Compliance Assessment (half-yearly)
Price : USD500 (before taxes if any) per month
Payment Term : Payable monthly upon subscription of service and at beginning of each month
