The ITSaaS, primarily for acting as your in-house IT Support Specialist, has the following scope of service and pricing:
IT Support Review and Planning (deliverable)
IT Support Incident Management*
IT Support Monthly Report (deliverable)
IT System Health Check* (half-yearly deliverable)
IT System Security Assessment* (half-yearly deliverable)
*For up to 3 business applications (CRM, ERP, Marketing), 1 email server, 1 database, 1 operating system
Price : USD800 (before taxes if any) per month
Payment Term : Payable monthly upon subscription of service and at beginning of each month
